Sea Holly is a spacious first floor apartment within a property called Appletree.  It is perfectly situated for the centre of Hugh Town being a mere 5 minutes walk away.

Gorgeous views over Hugh Town and a sea view towards the uninhabited island of Samson to watch lovely evening sun sets (best sunsets are April to August). Close to coastal walks, beaches, restaurants, cafe's and local shops. Each of the two studio rooms offer King size beds, ensuite, dining table and comfy seating to relax on. Outside guest seating / picnic table with a sea view too.

Close to all amenities and the quay. Appletree is also surrounded by shipwreck artefacts discovered by owner Todd Stevens a scuba diver/ship wreck hunter and ship wreck historian. Appletree is an equal short distance from 4 great beaches: only 5 -7minutes or so walk. All have very clean Atlantic sea to play in to swim, snorkel, splash, kayak or sail. The close coastal paths have either really interesting views across the islands or you may see seals, dolphins or whales pass by or go inland to see wildlife and wild flowers. Each room has a small kitchenette with microwave/fridge/toaster etc.   On winter breaks you can watch the stormy seas from the comfort of your warm studio room after a bracing coastal stroll. Take time out to Relax, Renew and Rejuvenate.

If the dates you require are not showing, then the accommodation is either booked or currently unavailable.
A booking fee of £25 per week, in addition to the weekly accommodation cost, is payable at the same time as your deposit.
For dog friendly properties an additional charge of £50 per dog per week will be added to the booking.
