Accessed from Hugh Street, Conlin Quays is divided into two apartments: Sandals, which occupies middle floor, and Harbour Heights on the top floor. Sandals benefits from convenient level access from Hugh Street. At the front of the property is a shared entrance porch used between both apartments.
The apartment has been fully refurbished to create a bright, comfortable, and contemporary place to stay. Accommodation includes two bedrooms, a family shower room and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
