Trevean is a large, spacious family town house with reverse living accommodation to make the most of the harbour views. Situated in The Thorofare in the centre of town, this property sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The house is well suited for extended families and centrally heated throughout.
The bedrooms consist of one king size and 3 twin-bedded rooms. Cot, highchair and stair gate are also available for an additional fee.
The two twin bedrooms on the ground floor each have separate shower rooms with wash basin, toilet and shower. The utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble drier is also on the ground floor. A small outside courtyard makes an excellent space for drying and wet suit rinsing and storage.
The first floor has a double room and another twin room both fitted with wardrobes and vanity units. These are serviced by a family bathroom with toilet, plus an additional separate toilet.
The top floor houses the main living space and has a large open plan sitting and dining area, together with the fully equipped kitchen which including dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and large family fridge-freezer. There is internet access, Sky TV and DVD player. The house is within easy walking distance of the beaches, shops, restaurants and quay for the off-island boating. Linen, towels, tea-towels and electricity are included in the price.
