The kitchen area has plenty of cupboard space, is well equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, extractor unit and microwave. The kitchen window looks out to the Garrison.

The inner door leads to a hallway off which is the bathroom and two double bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower unit, toilet, heated towel rail and sink, with shaver socket above.

The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and drawer space, good quality furnishings and bed linen, underfloor heating, laminate floors and spotlights in the ceiling. 

Although there are two double bedrooms, the owners have restricted occupancy to three guests, which makes this apartment ideally suited to couples or twin occupancy.
