Springfield Court is an elegant Victorian terrace that was converted many years ago into apartments of various sizes, most of which retain several original features.

This ground floor flat contains large rooms and high ceilings, which were typical of the Victorian era, and all rooms are entered from a wide hallway which immediately gives the feeling of space as soon as you walk through the door.

The flat sleeps up to three guests in one bedroom containing both a king size bed and a single bed. There is also a lounge/dining room with high-quality furnishings and a striking bay window, which allows an abundance of natural light to shine through, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar area, and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

You will also have the use of a private south-facing front garden with outdoor seating. 

Springfield Court is ideally situated within a short level walk of Hugh Town. The quay is about a ten-minute stroll away, several beaches are nearby and the coastal path is also within easy reach.

There is an additional charge of £50 per dog per stay.  A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.

Bookings can be made up to 11 months in advance.
If the dates you require are not showing, then the accommodation is either booked or currently unavailable.
A booking fee of £25 per week, in addition to the weekly accommodation cost, is payable at the same time as your deposit.
For dog friendly properties an additional charge of £50 per dog per week will be added to the booking.
