The apartment is tastefully furnished to a very high standard with matching oak furniture, and modern appliances throughout. It provides accommodation for five people.

The comfortable 27’ harbourside lounge/dining room offers spectacular and uninterrupted sea views, and comes complete with flat screen TV and DVD, an iPod/CD/radio music player and a selection of CDs. Additionally, there is a second TV lounge with 40” HD TV and Blu-ray player, and a selection of DVDs. New for 2019 - we have added a lovely new gas barbecue in the secluded patio area at Lower Anchorage. Enjoy fresh barbecued Scillonian lobster or fish grilled to perfection right at home!

The double master bedroom boasts uninterrupted sea-views and includes an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a large king/twin-bedded room with an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have radio-clock alarms and hairdryers.

The main family bathroom has a bath with shower over.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, double electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a Gaggia bean-to-cup coffee machine.

There is an outside storage room, containing tumble dryer and hanging area for wet gear.

Electricity, bed linen, towels (except beach towels) are all provided.

The apartment also enjoys free wi-fi, with a good signal throughout.
