Watermill is one of the new Isles of Scilly Country House apartments and is destined to become one of our most popular holiday homes.

The accommodation is accessed via a wide reception hall, from which there is a flight of stairs leading to the first-floor accommodation.

The feeling of space is enhanced by a large open-plan kitchen/diner, complete with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and an adjoining lounge area with a balcony offering panoramic views towards the Eastern Isles.

There are two bedrooms on this level, a double room with en-suite bathroom and a twin room with private shower room. There is also a third double bedroom on the ground floor with a wonderful triple aspect window arrangement overlooking surrounding fields

Watermill also benefits from its own private garden with patio and outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.

Dogs are welcome at Watermill but do bear in mind that the garden is not fully enclosed.

For groups of up to 13 people, Watermill can be booked in conjunction with Bar Point.

A booking fee of £20 per week, in addition to the weekly accommodation cost, is payable at the same time as your deposit.
